Wipro: India’s fourth largest IT exporter reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 2,240 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2016. This was less than Rs 2,426 crore, anticipated by an ET Now poll of analysts.

Tata Steel Ltd: Tata SteelBSE 1.49 % reached out to 190 potential financial and industrial investors for the sale of its UK business, the company said in a regulatory filing on BSE on Monday.

VST Industries Ltd: The company reported Rs 49.3 crore net profit for the quarter ended March 31 compared to Rs 152.20 crore reported in the year-ago period.

Biocon: Biocon Inc, part of biotechnology major Biocon, is recalling in the US 5,505 bottles of cholesterol lowering Simvastatin tablets for being sub-potent, according to the USFDA.

Stone India: Stone India LtdBSE 8.48 % has bagged an order for supply & installation of 9090 units of Bio-Toilets to Govt. of Chattisgarh valuing Rs. 28.70 crores via its Business Associate, M/s. Cranberry Westlink T & D Inc.

Sakthi Sugars Ltd: Sakthi Sugars has annoounced that a scheme of demerger of ABT Limited has been approved by the High Court of Judicature at Madras.

Tide Water Oil Co India: Tide Water is set to acquire UK-based Price Thomas Holdings for £9.59 million. The share purchase agreement was signed on April 19, Tide Water said, adding that the post-acquisition formalities will be done soon.

Equitas Holdings: Equitas will make its stock market debut on Thursday (April 21). The IPO, which opened from April 5-7, was subscribed 17.24 times at a price band of Rs 109-110 per share.

IndusInd Bank: The bank is expected to report 25 per cent YoY growth in net profit to Rs 620 crore for the quarter ended March 31 compared to Rs 495 crore reported in the year-ago period.
