MOIL & NMDC: Cash-rich mineral explorer NMDC BSE -0.44 %and MOIL BSE -0.86 %will buy back 25 per cent of the paid up shares for about Rs 10,000 crore, two-third of which may accrue to the government.

Tata Motors: Tata Motors-owned Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) reported an 18 per cent rise in global sales at 44,946 units in May. The company’s sales rose 28 per cent in the China region, 8 per cent in North America, 23 per cent in the UK and 24 per cent in Europe, JLR said in a statement.
