Current Openings:

Manager, Human Resources

  • Will directly report to the company board
  • Accountable for all HR functions
  • Manage HR for a team size of 100 plus people
  • Set HR standards and improve work culture and motivation
  • Manage continuous training and improvement programs
  • Provide constant feedback on targets, achievements, hiring, training, issues and pay recommendation to the board
  • Ideal candidate – A seasoned HR professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in financial industry in a similar role.

Business Operations Analyst

  • End of Day reports gathering from various departments and aggregating them to present summaries to the board
  • Audit across all departments
  • Coordinate with internal departments as well as external agencies –
    • Human Resources
    • Office Supplies
    • Employee entry and exit (new hires and fires) – access and documentation management
    • Bill payments
    • Coordinate between two physical offices
    • Credit card payment coordination
  • Assign daily leads to leads team and administer leads data (including deletions)
